Corporate Sleep Workshop

Sleep, Recovery and Human Performance: a 90-minute program for teams

Introducing an evidence-based workshop that helps teams understand why sleep is the foundation of focus, mood, decision-making and physical health and gives them a practical framework to protect it. Led by Dr. David Backwell, medical doctor and founder of The Quiet Hours, the session moves from the real cost of sleep loss on performance and wellbeing, through the modern habits and cultural pressures that erode sleep, to five evidence-based values of good sleep health.

A better life begins with better sleep.

Who it’s for?

Corporate teams, leadership groups, and organisations that want to address fatigue, burnout risk, and performance issues at the root (sleep) rather than only treating the symptoms. Suitable for general staff wellness days, leadership offsites, and as a standalone session within a broader wellness or mental health program. No prior knowledge required.
